Mentoring Program

Our Mentoring Program is originated from a common goal to assist and foster personal and professional development between WiF Members and industry professionals. The objective of the program is to support mentees with scientific, engineering, legal or administrative etc background in all aspects of career development, goal setting, leadership capabilities and work life balance, among others. 

“Women in Fusion” encourages participation of cisgender women, gender non-binary individuals and transgender individuals.
